PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
The purchase/payment of any travel services offered by W Adventures Pvt. Ltd., authorized to do business as W Adventures, constitutes a contractual arrangement between the Traveler (“you”) and W Adventures, and represents your acceptance of the W Adventures Terms & Conditions. You must be at least 16 years of age to make a booking. If you are below 16 years, you can proceed your booking in the recommendation of your guardians. As the lead traveler, you accept, and confirm you have authority and consent to accept, these W Adventures Terms & Conditions for yourself and all members of your traveling party.

BOOKING & FINAL PAYMENT
When you book your trekking/tour/expedition/climbing/or any adventure activities with W Adventures, 30% of the advance payment is required.

Payment in full is required before the trip departure. Reservations (Trekking, Tour, Expedition/Climbing, Rafting etc.) are canceled if final payment is not received by the due date; cancellation penalties apply, as noted below.
Standard Cancellation Fees

  • 45-22 days prior to commencement of services: 30% of total price*
  • 21-8 days prior to commencement of services: 50% of total price*
  • 7-1 days prior to commencement of services: 70% of total price*
  • On departure day and later: 100% of total price*

EXCEPTIONS TO THE STANDARD CANCELLATION FEES
For programs that include Tibet & Bhutan

  • 90-60 days prior to commencement of services: 30% of total price*
  • 59-30 days prior to commencement of services: 50% of total price*
  • 29-16 days prior to commencement of services: 75% of total price*
  • 15-0 days prior to commencement of services: 100% of total price*

ENGLISH
All Tour Directors, Local Hosts, Local Guides, and staffs’ crews speak English, and all vacation commentary is conducted in English only. For maximum enjoyment and understanding, you should be able to read and speak English.

MEALS & ACCOMMODATION
Meals and accommodation are accessible for this trek. You will be staying in the local teahouse (lodge) during your trek. Cozy room, hygienic meals, good environment are the special features W Adventures provided teahouses. Beside some remote areas, in common trekking route you will be able to get all types of food e.g. Nepali, Tibetan, Indian, Europeans, Continental food during your journey.

INCLUDES & EXCLUDES
Prices DO Include: Accommodation, meals, transfers, tours, staffs, vehicle hire, government taxes and any other inclusions as specified in writing on the relevant web pages for each suppliers product.
Prices DO NOT Include: Any costs incurred en route to and from the destination, meals (unless specified), domestic airfare (unless mentioned), alcoholic beverages, telephone calls, items of a personal nature, laundry, trekking/tour equipment and personal services not specified as being included in costs on the relevant web pages for each suppliers product.

EQUIPMENT
Proper and enough equipment is required for your Trek. It will be better if you buy your necessary equipment in Kathmandu or bring from your home. Even some trekking and expedition equipment are available on hiring. Trekking/Expedition/Tours equipment may not be available on the trekking route and if they are available, they will cost very much. Click here to check out your equipment list.

SAFETY  
Be aware that during your participation on vacations operated by W Adventures, certain risks and dangers may arise beyond our control, including, but not limited to: the hazards of traveling in undeveloped areas; forces of nature; political unrest; acts of lawlessness or terrorism; and accident or illness in remote regions without means of rapid evacuation or medical facilities.

INSURANCE
You need to have proper insurance for your trek and it is hardly recommended. If somethings go wrong e.g. accident, emergency evacuation etc. your insurance will help to cover your loss.

TRAVELERS WHO NEED SPECIAL ASSISTANCE
You must report to W Adventures for any disability requiring special attention while on trekking or on tour at the time the reservation is made. W Adventures will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the special needs of disabled travelers.

MEDICAL AND HEALTH
W Adventures does not employ medical personnel. Any medical attention you require while traveling with W Adventures must be sought through a local medical facility, if/when available, for diagnosis. All related charges are at your expense. W Adventures cannot guarantee the availability of medical facilities or for the quality of the care or services.

PRICE POLICY
All vacation prices are based on rates (reflecting foreign exchange rates) known at the time of publication and expected to be in effect at the time of departure, and do not include airfare, except where noted on specific itineraries. Vacation prices are per-person, based on double occupancy (two people sharing a room). Single room supplements and triple reductions are listed where applicable. Not all accommodation types are available on all vacations.

VISAS & PASSPORTS
It is your responsibility to verify all visa and passport requirements necessary for your vacation. You are responsible for obtaining independently and paying for all visas and entry documents, for meeting all health and other requirements, and for any documents required by the laws, regulations, orders, and/or requirements of the countries you will visit. W Adventures cannot accept liability for any passenger refused entry onto any transport or into any country due to failure of the passenger to carry correct documentation or adhere to specific entry and exit requirements. You must have a passport to travel internationally.

TIPPING
Tipping is not mandatory but if you would like, you can offer it to your staff and driver. They will be happy.
