ENGLISH
All Tour Directors, Local Hosts, Local Guides, and staffs’ crews speak English, and all vacation commentary is conducted in English only. For maximum enjoyment and understanding, you should be able to read and speak English.
MEALS & ACCOMMODATION
Meals and accommodation are accessible for few days (until NA) during this trek. You will be staying in the local teahouse (lodge), and camp during the trek and climbing period. There will be Nepali, Tibetan etc. dishes available for the meals.
INCLUDES & EXCLUDES
Prices DO Include: Accommodation, meals, transfers, tours, staffs, vehicle hire, government taxes and any other inclusions as specified in writing on the relevant web pages for each suppliers product.
Prices DO NOT Include: Any costs incurred en route to and from the destination, meals (unless specified), alcoholic beverages, telephone calls, items of a personal nature, laundry, trekking/tour/climbing equipment and personal services not specified as being included in costs on the relevant web pages for each suppliers product.
EQUIPMENT
Proper and enough equipment is required for your Trek and Climbing. It will be better if you buy your necessary equipment in Kathmandu or bring from your home. Even some trekking and climbing equipment are available on hiring. Trekking/Tours/Climbing equipment may not be available on the trekking route and if they are available, they will cost very much. SAFETY
Be aware that during your participation on vacations operated by W Adventures, certain risks and dangers may arise beyond our control, including, but not limited to: the hazards of traveling in undeveloped areas; forces of nature; political unrest; acts of lawlessness or terrorism; and accident or illness in remote regions without means of rapid evacuation or medical facilities.
INSURANCE
You need to have proper insurance for your trek and climbing, which it is hardly recommended. If something goes wrong e.g. accident, emergency evacuation etc. your insurance will help to cover your loss.
TRAVELERS WHO NEED SPECIAL ASSISTANCE
You must report to W Adventures for any disability requiring special attention while on trekking or on tour at the time the reservation is made. W Adventures will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the special needs of disabled travelers.
MEDICAL AND HEALTH
W Adventures does not employ medical personnel. Any medical attention you require while traveling with W Adventures must be sought through a local medical facility, if/when available, for diagnosis. All related charges are at your expense. W Adventures cannot guarantee the availability of medical facilities or for the quality of the care or services.
PRICE POLICY
All vacation prices are based on rates (reflecting foreign exchange rates) known at the time of publication and expected to be in effect at the time of departure, and do not include airfare, except where noted on specific itineraries. Vacation prices are per-person, based on double occupancy (two people sharing a room). Single room supplements and triple reductions are listed where applicable. Not all accommodation types are available on all vacations and places.
VISAS & PASSPORTS
It is your responsibility to verify all visa and passport requirements necessary for your vacation. You are responsible for obtaining independently and paying for all visas and entry documents, for meeting all health and other requirements, and for any documents required by the laws, regulations, orders, and/or requirements of the countries you will visit. W Adventures cannot accept liability for any passenger refused entry onto any transport or into any country due to the failure of the passenger to carry correct documentation or adhere to specific entry and exit requirements. You must have a passport to travel internationally.
TIPPING
Tipping is expected (not mandatory) which you can offer on your wish to your staff and driver. They will be happy.

Day 02: Trip preparation day and Kathmandu Valley Sightseeing,
Day 03: Drive from Kathmandu to Singati (950 m / 3116 ft), 9-10 hrs,
Day 04: Trek from Singati to Gongour Khola (1440 m / 4723 ft), 5-6 hrs,
Day 05: Trek from Gongour Khola to Simigoan (2050 m / 6724 ft), 4-5 hrs,
Day 06: Trek from Simigoan to Dongar Khola (2800 m / 9184 ft), 7-8 hrs,
Day 07-08: Trek from Dongar Khola to Beding (4000 m / 13120 ft), 7-8 hrs,
Day 09: Trek from Beding to Na (4200 m / 13776 ft), 5-6 hrs,
Day 10: Trek from Na to Tso Rolpa Camp (4500 m / 14760 ft), 5-6 hrs,
Day 11: Trakarding Glacier, Beach Camp (4700 m / 15416 ft), 6-7 hrs,
Day 12: Trek from Beach Camp to Noisy Knob Camp (5100 m / 16728 ft), 7-8 hrs,
Day 13: Trek from Noisy Knob Camp to Drolambu Glacier Camp (5400 m / 17712 ft), 4-5 hrs,
Day 14: Trek from Drolambu Glacier Camp to Pachermo Base Camp (5700 m / 18696 ft), via crossing Teshi Labsta camp, 6-7 hrs,
Day 15-16: Summit Pachermo (6187 m / 20293 ft), and return to Base Camp (5700 m / 18696 ft),
Day 17: Trek from Base Camp to Thyangbo Camp (4250 m / 13940 ft), 5-6 hrs,
Day 18: Trek from Thyangbo Camp to Thame (3800 m / 12464 ft), 4-5 hrs,
Day 19: Trek from Thame to Thesebu Khola Camp (4400 m / 14432 ft), 7-8 hrs,
Day 20-21: Summit Kyajo Ri (6189 m / 20300 ft) and return to Base Camp,
Day 22: Trek from Base Camp to Namche Bazaar (3440 m / 11283 ft), 7-8 hrs,
Day 23: Trek from Namche to Lukla (2800 m / 9184 ft), 5-6 hrs,
Day 24: Fly back home.
