Day 01: Transportation from Kathmandu to Arughat (608 m / 1994 ft), (Camp + FB),

Day 02: Trek from Arughat to Soti Khola (700 m / 2296 ft), (Camp + FB),

Day 03: Trek from Soti Khola to Machha Khola (869 m / 2850 ft), (Camp + FB),

Day 04: Trek from Machha Khola to Jagat (1340 m / 4395 ft), (Camp + FB),

Day 05: Trek from Jagat to Dyang (1860 m / 6101 ft), (Camp + FB),

Day 06: Trek from Dyang to Namrung (2630 m / 7741 ft), (Camp + FB),

Day 07: Trek from Namrung to Sama Gaon (3520 m / 11546 ft), (Camp + FB),

Day 08: Rest and acclimatize day at Sama Gaon (3520 m / 11546 ft), (Camp + FB),

Day 09: Trek from Sama Gaon to Manaslu Base Camp (Camp + FB),

Day 10: At Base Camp to set up & climbing prepare, (Camp + FB),

Day 11-33: Climbing period of Mt. Manaslu (8163 m / 26775 ft), (Camp + FB),

Day 34: Trek back from Manaslu BC to Sama Gaon (3520 m / 11546 ft), (Camp + FB),

Day 35: Trek from Sama Gaon to Samdo (3875 m / 12710 ft),

Day 36: Trek from Samdo to Dharamsala/Larke Phedi (4460 m / 14629 ft),

Day 37: Trek from Dharamsala to Bimtang (3590 m / 11775 ft) via Larkya La (5160 m / 16925 ft),

Day 38: Trek from Bimtang to Tilje (2300 m / 7544 ft), (Camp + FB),

Day 39: Trek from Tilje to Jagat (1300 m / 4264 ft), (Camp + FB),

Day 40: Transportation from Jaga to Kathmandu (1350 m / 4428 ft) via Besi Sahar (760 m / 2493 ft), (Hotel + FB).

Cost Includes


  • Airport-Hotel-Airport transfer via private vehicle,

  • Satellite phone carrying by Guide for communication and available for members,
  • Appropriate food for high altitude and all climbing crew at Base Camp and above as required,

  • Emergency oxygen mask and regulator provided on requirement of guest with appropriate charge,
  • Each expedition member will have an individual tent available in the ABC,
