Day 01: Fly from Kathmandu (1350 m / 4428 ft) to Tumlingtar (920 m / 3018 ft) and then trek to Manebhanjyang (1100 m / 3608 ft), 5-6 hrs,

Day 02: Trek from Manebhanjyang to Kuwapani (1420 m / 4658 ft), 4-5 hrs,

Day 03: Trek from Kuwapani to Num (1800 m / 5904 ft), 6-7 hrs,

Day 04: Trek from Num to Sheduwa (1510 m / 4953 ft), 5-6 hrs,

Day 05: Trek from Sheduwa to Tashigaon (2070 m / 6790 ft), 4-5 hrs,

Day 06: Trek from Tashigaon to Khongma (3760 m / 12333 ft), 6-7 hrs,

Day 07: Trek from Khongma to Sanopokhari (1710 m / 5609 ft), 4-5 hrs,
