Itinerary


Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu (1350 m / 4428 ft) transfer to Hotel,

Day 02: Trek preparation day and Kathmandu Valley Sightseeing,

Day 03: Fly from Kathmandu to Nepalgunj (165 m / 541 ft), 35 minutes,

Day 04: Fly from Nepalgunj to Simikot (2980 m / 9775 ft), 35 minutes,

Day 05: Trek from Simikot to Dharapuri (2300 m), 4-5 hrs,

Day 06: Trek from Dharapuri to Kermi (2670 m), 3-4 hrs,

Day 07: Trek from Kermi to Yalbang (3020 m), 5-6 hrs,

Day 08: Trek from Yalbang to Tumkot (3380 m), 5-6 hrs,

Day 09: Trek from Tumkot to Yari (3700 m), 5-6 hrs,

Day 10: Trek from Yari to Hilsa (3720 m) via crossing the Nara La (4620 m), 6-7 hrs,

Day 11: Cross the border and proceed to Lake Manasarovar and Mt Kailash or return to Simikot,

Day 12-15: Trek back Simikot,

Day 16: Fly Simikot-Nepalgunj-Kathmandu,

Day 17: Fly back home.
